last update: 11/13/2024By purchasing my artworks and designs, you confirm that you have read and agree to the following terms.
// Timeline [commissions]I reserve the right to decline any commission or client for any reason. Also, please read do's & don'ts.Turnaround time depends on: the complexity of the work, my workload and my state of health. The deadline is set individually for each commission and is communicated to the client after approval of the sketch. Generally, I try to get orders done within a month of payment. Also, if you have a specific deadline, please let me know in advance. Rush fee will be +20%-30% of the final price of the commission, depending on how soon you need it done.Feel free to request WIPs at any part of the process.
// Edits [commissions]You can request:
- up to 3 free minor edits to the sketch
- up to 3 free minor edits to the final artwork
Subsequent edits will be $5+ each. Major edits will be $15+ each.
// Payment [commissions & adoptables]I accept payments via EasyBusy and HipoLink in USD.For commissions: full payment must be sent within 48 hours (2 days) after the sketch is approved. For sketch commissions full payment must be sent before I start work.For adoptable/YCH auctions: full payment must be sent within 48 hours (2 days) after the end of the auction, otherwise the right to pay for the adoptable/YCH will go to the previous bidder. For set price adoptables/YCHs, full payment must be sent within 48 hours (2 days) after purchase is confirmed.You can’t resell an adoptable for more than what you paid, but may add the cost of commissioned art. Trading and gifting are both permitted. You can’t resell an adoptable design obtained via trade, gift or other means.I do not accept refunds.
// Payment Plans [commissions & adoptables]I'm willing to consider payment plans for amounts over $200. This must be agreed with me before approving the purchase. I'd prefer that payment plans be fulfilled in one month, unless discussed otherwise. You will not receive the full files until the full amount is paid.
// Editing [adoptables]You can give the adoptable a name, personality, gender, alternate universes, etc.You are not required to follow the lore of my closed species if you want to use them in your own stories.You may edit the design of the purchased adoptable however you please (including changing hairstyles, accessories, purchasing new outfits, etc.), but please do not make edits to the original art, unless you come ask me for permission.
// Commercial use [commissions & adoptables]Commercial use: +50% of the final priceAny of my works are not intended for commercial use unless otherwise stated. Please discuss with me if you wish to use them for commercial purposes.
// Uses and Credits [commissions & adoptables]// For artist- I reserve the right to publish my work in my personal portfolio and social media. Please let me know in advance if you don’t want your commissioned artwork to be published
- I can’t reuse/resell the image for personal and commercial projects unless agreed upon
- I reserve the right to reject any requests.// For commissionerYou are not allowed to:
- use my work for commercial purposes without purchasing commercial use rights
- change, modify, edit or use my work without my permission
- claim my work as your own
- post my work online without credits
- use my art/designs for NFTs or in AI Training.
