Last updated: May 14, 2026By purchasing my artworks, you confirm that you have read and agree to the following terms.


⏳ / TIMELINEI reserve the right to decline any commission or client for any reason. Please also review the "Do's and Don'ts" before commissioning.The turnaround time depends on the complexity of the piece, my current workload, and my health. Deadlines are set individually for each commission. In general, commissions are completed within one month after payment. If you require a faster turnaround, a rush fee of 20%–50% of the final commission price will apply, depending on the urgency.You are welcome to request WIP updates at any stage of the process.


🌧️ / FORCE MAJEURE AND DELAYSI am committed to delivering work within the agreed timeframe; however, unforeseen circumstances such as illness, emergencies, technical issues, or other events beyond my control may cause delays. In such cases, I will inform you as soon as possible and provide a revised estimate for completion. Your understanding in these situations is appreciated.


✏️ / REVISIONSYou may request the following revisions:
- Up to 3 free minor edits during the sketch phase
- Up to 3 free minor edits after final artwork delivery.
Additional minor edits beyond these will be subject to a fee of $5+ each.
All major edits, at any stage of the process, will incur a fee of $15+ each.Minor edits include small adjustments that do not significantly change the overall composition (such as slight color changes, minor repositioning, or small tweaks to details and expressions).
Major edits involve substantial changes to composition, character design, pose, background, or other key elements that require considerable additional work.If you're unsure whether your requested edit is considered minor or major, please check with me before requesting.Any mistakes on my part will be fixed at no extra charge. However, if the client requests any additions that are not in the reference images and were not previously discussed, those changes may incur an extra fee.


💸 / PAYMENTI accept payments via EasyStaff, Lava.top, and HipoLink in USD.Full payment must be made within 48 hours (2 days) after the sketch is approved. For sketch commissions full payment is required before work begins.All sales are final. I do not offer refunds.


📆 / PAYMENT PLANSI am open to considering payment plans for amounts over $200. This must be discussed and agreed upon before the commission purchase is approved.In general, I prefer that payment plans are completed within one month, unless otherwise arranged. A two-part payment plan (50/50) is most convenient for me, but alternative schedules can be arranged depending on your situation.Please note that the final files will not be delivered until the full amount has been paid.


🛍️ / COMMERCIAL USEBy default, all commissioned artworks are for personal use only. If you intend to use the artwork for any commercial purpose, you must purchase a commercial use license.“Commercial use” refers to using the commissioned artwork as part of a product, service, promotional material, monetized content, or other commercial project. This includes, but is not limited to:
- Use in monetized content (e.g. Twitch streams, YouTube videos, Patreon, etc.)
- Use in promotional or advertising materials for a business, product, service, or other income-generating activity
- Production of merchandise (e.g. prints, stickers, charms, apparel, or other physical or digital products for sale)
- Use in games, visual novels, comics, or other commercial projects.Commercial Use License: +50% of the final commission price.The license does not grant full ownership, copyright ownership, or exclusive rights to the commissioned artwork unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.Unauthorized commercial use of artworks licensed for personal use is strictly prohibited.


📝 / USAGE AND CREDITSFor the Artist
- I reserve the right to share commissioned artworks in my portfolio and on social media. If you prefer your commission to remain private, please let me know in advance; no additional fee will be charged
- I will not reuse or resell any commissioned pieces for other purposes, unless explicitly agreed upon with the client.For the Commissioner
You are not permitted to:
- Use the commissioned artwork for commercial purposes without purchasing commercial use license
- Modify, edit, or use the original files without my permission
- Claim my artwork as your own
- Repost the artwork without providing proper credit
- Use the artwork in any form of NFTs or for AI training/data sets.


🚧 / DISCLAIMERI am not responsible for how the commissioned artwork is used, modified, or distributed by the client after delivery.The client is responsible for using the artwork in accordance with applicable rules and policies.

Last updated: Aug 23, 2026By purchasing my artworks and designs, you confirm that you have read and agree to the following terms.In this TOS, “adoptable” refers to the character design, associated artwork, and design elements included in the sale.


💸 / PAYMENTI accept payments via EasyStaff, Lava.top, and HipoLink in USD.For adoptable auctions, full payment must be made within 48 hours (2 days) after the auction ends. If payment is not received within this time frame, the right to purchase will be offered to the previous highest bidder.For set price adoptables, full payment must be made within 48 hours (2 days) after purchase confirmation.Resale of adoptables is permitted, but not for more than the original purchase price, unless the added value comes from commissioned artwork. Trading and gifting are allowed.Reselling adoptables obtained via trade, gift, or other non-purchase methods is not permitted.All sales are final. I do not offer refunds.

✏️ / EDITINGYou are free to develop the adoptable’s name, personality, gender, alternate universes, and other story elements as you wish.You are not required to follow the original lore of my closed species if you intend to use the adoptable in your own works.You may modify the design of the purchased adoptable – including changes to hairstyle, accessories, outfits, and similar elements – as desired. However, please do not edit the original artwork itself unless you have received my permission beforehand.

If you intend to use an adoptable for any commercial purpose, you must purchase a commercial use license.“Commercial use” refers to using an adoptable as part of a product, service, promotional material, monetized content, or other commercial project. This includes, but is not limited to:

- Use in promotional or advertising materials for a business, product, service, or other income-generating activity

The fee does not change based on any subsequent resale or transfer price.The current fee applies to all commercial use licenses purchased after August 23, 2026, regardless of when the adoptable itself was originally purchased.The license is granted to the purchaser and does not automatically transfer with the adoptable upon resale, trade, or gifting. A new owner must obtain a new license if they wish to use the adoptable commercially.
Exception: Adoptables originally sold with commercial rights before August 23, 2026 retain those rights after resale, transfer, or gifting.The license does not grant full ownership, copyright ownership, or exclusive rights to the adoptable unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.Unauthorized commercial use of an adoptable licensed for personal use is strictly prohibited.
